Product Description
The Houdini Stop Chest Strap is a device which prevents your child from taking their arms out of their car seat straps. It consists of two simple clips joined by a length of material.
The clips connect to each of the 2 car seat straps and hold them closer together preventing your child from wriggling out.
It can also be used with highchair and stroller harnesses to prevent children standing up and getting out. The Houdini Stop chest clip has been crash tested at the Autoliv Test Facility in Melbourne, Australia. To the AS/NZC 1754 Standard.
In short the Houdini Stop was found not to interfere with the performance of any part of the car seat. In all tests the Houdini Stop did not move up and have any contact at all with the throat area. Please see the crash test results page or contact me personally for further details

Shipping & Delivery Information
Most products we sell are in stock ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched it is usually received between 1-10 working days depending on your location.
However due to high demand and supplier shortages there may be instances where certain products are not in stock. You can contact us before shopping to ensure the products you are interested in are in stock.

Delivery Days
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- Please note products being sent to rural locations, NT, WA, SA & TAS may take up to 10 working days to arrive once dispatched.
Delivery Acceptance
- All home deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call and arrange another delivery time or collect from the delivery agent.
Delivery Pricing
- You can enter your post code and our website will calculate an estimated delivery charge to your area. All delivery prices include GST.
- You can choose the Click & Collect option – this is a FREE service.
Large & Bulky Products
- We do have couriers and logistic services to deliver large and bulky goods Australia Wide. If you cannot obtain a shipping price please call us to obtain a quote over the phone.
- Some furniture is made to order with the supplier, and depending on availability from the manufacturer can take up to 12 weeks to order in.
Insurance
Insurance is optional for your delivery. You can choose to insure your purchase in case it is lost or damaged in transit. If you do not insure your order and your items are lost or damage, Baby & Toddler Town will not be liable for a replacement or refund.
